Titan Engineering and Automation Ltd (TEAL), a company under the TATA Group, is hiring CNC Machine Maintenance Engineers (Electrical / Mechanical) for their team in Hosur.
Job Details:
- Job Role: CNC Machine Maintenance Engineer
- Location: Hosur (should be ready to travel if needed)
- Qualification: BE in EEE, Mechanical, or Mechatronics
- Experience: 1.5 to 2.5 years
- Salary: ₹2 to ₹4 lakhs per year
About the Job:
The selected candidates will work with CNC Vertical Milling and Drill Tap Centre Machines at TEAL, a Titan Group company. You’ll be part of the maintenance team ensuring machines run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fix CNC machine breakdowns and do regular preventive maintenance
- Perform Ball Bar tests and Laser Calibration for accuracy
- Troubleshoot CNC controllers like Fanuc, Brother, Mitsubishi
- Read and work with electrical diagrams
- Find and fix problems using Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Track machine performance and plan improvements
- Keep records of machine maintenance and performance
- Work with outside vendors for calibration and service
- Having knowledge in IoT-based machine monitoring is a bonus
Skills You Must Have:
- Experience in CNC maintenance (electrical or mechanical)
- Knowledge in CNC controller troubleshooting
- Skills in machine diagnostics and preventive maintenance
- Experience in documentation, RCA, and calibration
