Position Details
- Position: HR Generalist
- Location: TEAL Campus, Chennai
- Experience Required: 2–3 Years
- Compensation: ₹25 – ₹30 LPA (CTC)
- Employment Type: Off-roll (eligible for on-roll after 1 year, based on performance)
Roles & Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing key HR functions and ensuring smooth employee operations, including:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Coordinating employee joining formalities and documentation
- Strong usage of Excel & MS Word for reports and HR records
- Supporting employee engagement activities and retention strategies
- Tracking attendance, leaves, and payroll inputs
- Assisting in policy implementation and ensuring compliance with labor laws
- Coordinating performance appraisal cycles and handling feedback
- Maintaining HR records and supporting grievance redressal
Candidate Profile – What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of experience as an HR Generalist
- Strong understanding of HR operations, statutory compliance, and recruitment practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or engineering industry is a plus
