Who can apply?
Grade I candidates need:
- B.Sc. in Physics, Electronics, Computer Science, IT, Instrumentation
- Or Diploma or Engineering degree in those fields
Grade III candidates need:
- 10th grade (SSLC/Matric) plus an ITI certificate in a related trade
- Or completed apprenticeship program
Age limits (as of July 1, 2025):
- Grade I (Signal): 18–33 years
- Grade III: 18–30 years
- Age relaxations apply:
- OBC: +3 years
- SC/ST: +5 years
Salary:
- Grade I (Signal): ₹29,200/month
- Grade III: ₹19,900/month
Selection Process:
- Computer-Based Test (CBT)
- Document verification
- Medical exam
Application Fees:
- ₹500 for general category (₹400 refundable after taking the CBT)
- ₹250 for SC/ST, women, ex‑servicemen, minority, transgender, EBC (fully refundable after test)
