Roles & Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Executive, your main duty is to handle customer queries through voice calls.
Key responsibilities include:
- Handling inbound & outbound customer calls
- Resolving customer complaints and service issues
- Providing information about Jio products & services
- Maintaining call quality and professionalism
- Updating customer details in the system
- Ensuring customer satisfaction on every interaction
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Minimum 12th Pass / Any Degree
- Freshers can apply
- Experienced candidates are also welcome
- Basic computer knowledge required
- Good communication skills in English & regional language
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹18,000 per month (approx.)
