Role Overview – Contact Support Group (CSG)

Key Job Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries through calls and digital channels
- Provide troubleshooting for issues like password resets, session errors, internet problems, and general IT concerns
- Categorise and prioritize support tickets based on urgency
- Update customers about ticket progress (open, resolved, closed, etc.)
- Use BI tools to understand support trends and service quality
- Support clients across telecom, BFSI, healthcare, technology, and other industries
- Maintain knowledge base articles to help reduce repeated issues
- Collaborate with AI bots to improve customer support
- Aim for first-contact resolution whenever possible
- Maintain professional communication from start to finish
This role requires flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including nights, as Capgemini supports clients across multiple time zones.
Salary Structure
Capgemini offers a competitive package for freshers:
- Annual CTC: ₹3,00,000
- One-Time Incentive: ₹25,000
- Total Compensation: Approximately ₹3.25 LPA
