Key Responsibilities

Manage cabin crew reporting and ensure completion of mandatory pre-flight medical checks.
Conduct crew briefings and ensure all required documents and operational updates are shared.
Coordinate with departments such as Crew Control, Scheduling, Training, and Catering to manage flight operations and delays.
Monitor operational efficiency during the briefing process to improve On-Time Performance (OTP).
Track crew attendance, handle absences, and support roster planning to prevent crew shortages.
Ensure timely submission of flight reports and assist with departmental policy development.

Eligibility and Skills Required

Minimum qualification of 10+2.
Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reporting and data management.
Ability to lead discussions and manage a diverse team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle operational challenges.
Willingness to be available on call during emergency operational requirements.
