Role Summary

In this role, you will handle global customer queries through email, primarily supporting shipment-related requests. You will work closely with internal teams, update CRM records, and use translation tools to assist customers from German-speaking regions.

This is a front-office international support role, where professionalism, accuracy, and customer satisfaction are key.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Email Support

  • Respond to customer queries through email in a clear and professional manner
  • Resolve shipment-related concerns efficiently
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to relevant internal teams
  • Meet response time and quality benchmarks

International Communication

  • Use translation tools to communicate with German-speaking customers
  • Ensure accurate, culturally appropriate communication
  • Maintain a consistent professional tone in all written interactions

CRM & Documentation

  • Update and maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
  • Track issue resolution and document case details
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal guidelines

Shipment & Logistics Support

  • Assist customers with shipment tracking and delivery updates
  • Handle disputes related to shipments
  • Ensure GDPR compliance and data privacy standards

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred

Experience

  • 3 to 4 years of experience in customer service
  • Email support experience is mandatory
  • Experience handling international customers is an advantage

Technical Skills

  • Experience with CRM tools (such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Familiarity with email ticketing systems
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Experience using translation tools
