Role Summary
As an Onboarding Specialist / Customer Experience Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive experience for new users and partners onboarding onto the PhonePe platform. You will interact with customers to guide them through account creation, verification, feature usage, and issue resolution. This role involves direct customer communication, operational support, escalations, and continuous engagement to drive customer satisfaction.
You will play a key role in helping customers understand the PhonePe product, resolve onboarding challenges, and enhance their overall experience.
Key Responsibilities
As part of your day-to-day duties, you will:
- Assist with customer onboarding: Help new users and partners complete their registration and verification process smoothly.
- Guide on product features: Educate customers on how to use different features of the PhonePe app.
- Respond to queries: Address customer questions received via calls, chats, or emails clearly and professionally.
- Troubleshoot issues: Identify and resolve onboarding or account-related problems promptly.
