Job Role: Associate – Content Operations
This is a full-time remote position. Selected candidates will work closely with regional content creators and internal teams to manage, optimize, and publish content on the platform.
The role combines coordination, quality control, publishing workflows, and engagement planning.
Work Location

Key Responsibilities
Creator Management and Coordination
The associate will manage a network of regional language creators. Responsibilities include onboarding new creators, guiding them on content standards, maintaining relationships, and ensuring consistent content delivery.
Content Quality and Creative Support
The role involves brainstorming content ideas, refining scripts, improving storytelling quality, reviewing videos, and ensuring language accuracy and platform standards are met before publishing.
Content Operations Execution
Candidates will handle end-to-end publishing workflows, track production timelines, coordinate approvals, and ensure consistent content output across regional categories.
Engagement and Notifications
The associate will plan and publish daily notifications, write engaging push notification copy, and optimize messaging to improve user engagement and click-through rates.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Experience
Candidates with zero to two years of experience in content, media, publishing, or digital operations can apply. Freshers are also eligible.
Required Skills
Applicants must have strong reading, writing, and speaking proficiency in any one of the following languages: Telugu, Tamil, or Kannada.
They should possess a basic understanding of content creation, audience engagement, and storytelling principles. The role also requires coordination skills, proactive communication, and familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
Preferred Skills
Candidates with prior experience in scriptwriting, social media content, or video platforms will have an added advantage. A portfolio of regional language content can strengthen the application.

The estimated salary range for this role is approximately 4 to 6 lakhs per annum, depending on skills and experience.
