நீங்கள் Sutherland குழுவில் முக்கிய பாத்திரத்தில் வேலை செய்வீர்கள், குறிப்பாக பாத்திரத்தின் நிறுவனத்தின் முன்னேற்றத்திற்கு அதிக பங்களிப்பு வழங்கும். Data handling, process support, customer operation போன்றவற்றில் ஈடுபடுவீர்கள்.

Job Responsibilities

வாடிக்கையாளர்களின் orders, invoices, payments எல்லாவற்றையும் ERP systemல் process பண்ணனும், Accuracy and speed ரொம்ப முக்கியம்.
நிறுவனத்திற்கு வரும் pending payments tack பண்ணி, தேவையானபோது collections follow up செய்ய வேண்டும்.
வாடிக்கையாளர் தெரிவிக்கின்ற தொகையை சரியாக cash application பண்ணி, billingல வரும் mismatch/mistakesஐ identify பண்ணி resolve பண்ணனும்.
Credit limit check, customer accountல உள்ள details verify பண்ணுறது, account reconciliation செய்யுறது இந்த பாத்திரத்தில் முக்கியம்.

Required Skill
