• Up to one active backlog is allowed during the selection process
• No backlogs should be pending at the time of joining
• Education gaps must be declared
• Total academic gap should not exceed 24 months
• All gaps must be supported with valid documents

Work Experience Criteria

• Candidates with up to 2 years of work experience (part-time or full-time) are eligible
• Work experience details must be declared during application
• Relevant documents will be verified during selection or joining
