Role Summary – Junior Process Executive (MRR)

As a Junior Process Executive in the Medical Record Retrieval team, you will be responsible for collecting, reviewing, and managing medical records required for healthcare evaluations, compliance checks, and quality reviews.

This role requires accuracy, confidentiality, and strong attention to detail while handling sensitive healthcare information.

Key Responsibilities

Medical Record Retrieval

  • Retrieve medical records from healthcare providers and systems within defined timelines
  • Ensure all records are complete, accurate, and properly documented

Documentation & Compliance

  • Review records to ensure compliance with healthcare guidelines and internal standards
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of patient and client data

System & Data Handling

  • Use internal systems to upload, track, and manage medical documents
  • Maintain accurate logs and trackers for record requests and closures

Quality & Process Support

  • Participate in quality audits and internal checks
  • Identify process gaps and support improvements for efficiency

Communication & Coordination

  • Work with internal teams to provide updates on record status

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education

  • Any completed Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university

Experience

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a non-voice BPO or documentation-based role preferred
  • Freshers with strong documentation and data-handling skills may also be considered

Technical Skills

  • Working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook
