Role Summary

In this role, you will work as a Commercial Fulfillment, Loan Booking & Deal Setup Analyst, supporting end-to-end commercial lending operations. You will be responsible for coordinating loan onboarding, verifying documentation, setting up deals in banking systems, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.

The role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth execution of lending transactions across middle-office and back-office banking operations.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Fulfillment & Documentation

• Review and validate credit approval packages, loan agreements, and legal documentation
• Work closely with relationship managers, credit officers, and legal teams to resolve documentation issues

Deal Setup & Data Management

• Accurately input and verify loan structures, deal terms, and collateral details in core banking systems
• Validate system data against credit memos, legal documents, and term sheets

Loan Booking & Funding

• Execute loan booking activities such as drawdowns, renewals, modifications, and closures
• Validate funding instructions and ensure alignment with treasury and disbursement controls

Compliance & Quality Control

• Ensure all loan bookings comply with internal policies, credit standards, and regulatory requirements
• Support audits, control checks, and compliance testing activities

Stakeholder Coordination

• Act as the operational point of contact for Relationship Managers, Credit Administration, and Underwriting teams
• Support account reconciliations and resolve operational queries efficiently
